New paper in restoration ecology
Nitrogen addition slows succession within an arbuscular mycorrhizal community, which leads to shifts in fungal community composition, reduced diversity, and reduced richness relative to untreated control plots after 4 years of grassland reconstruction.
In an attempt to predict the composition of local plant assemblage using trait-based models along an elevational gradient, we found that infraspecific trait variability inhibited our ability to predict plant composition.
